Located on a 1.8 acre site in Kings Hill, West Malling, this new78-bed care facility will provide residents with a raft of facilities including a private dining spaces, hair salon, cinema room and library.
Outside, residents can get further involved with an activity lawn and potting shed. The scheme has been sensitively designed and laid out to enhance comfort, care and foster a sense of community.
Air source heat pumps, heat recovery systems and solar panels have been developed into the design to minimise operational carbon and provide a sustainable way of living.
