Fitzjohn's Avenue, Hampstead
Following insolvency of the original contractor, we were asked to review the works that had been started on this high end retirement scheme, featuring thirty 2 bed retirement apartments, swimming pool, spa, gymnasium and leisure break out areas.
Over a period of 9 months the existing building was subject to a total strip out of all the existing fit out works along with intrusive services, façade and roof surveys.
Following the completion of this work, we completed construction, carrying out revised works which included a totally new internal fit out and extensive modifications to the building façade and roof. A 2 storey car parking stacker was also installed to the areas below ground floor level. The project was awarded BREEAM Excellent.
