A 70 bed care home is being developed for provider Care Concern in a popular residential area of Brentwood. Developed over four storeys, the building will offer a range of facilities for residents including a hair salon, café and library. Air source heat pumps and PV panels are being installed to enhance the schemes sustainability, along with a fabric first approach through the frame.
With reisdents in situ to the south and west of the site, this is a logistically tricky scheme, with us developing temporary accommodation along the access route in to enable us to deliver.
