We undertook the refurbishment of three levels of Société Générale offices in Jersey. The works comprised of the soft strip of all fixtures and fittings including partitions and ceilings and reconfiguration of the open planned offices and meeting rooms. This increased the office capacity and additional space for tea points and toilets.
One of the main challenges was to carry out the works in occupation with a central open atrium through the centre of all the floors which required protection from both dust and sound pollution. Access into the building was through a Grade 2 listed entrance which was meticulously protected and given back in the same condition it was received.
The project was delivered 4 weeks early, on budget and not only was it snag free on handover there were zero defects at the 12-month inspection.
