Working alongside Avante Care and Savills, Apex Contractors Ltd delivered refurbishment on 60 bathrooms within an occupied care home.
Apex Contractors Ltd also carried out a complete replacement of the external cladding system and upgrades to all the fire doors to allow certification. Fire remedial works were also completed in the loft spaces to ensure compliance with current fire regulations.
The 40-week, phased project was handed over on the original PC date despite almost a month of delays due to Covid 19.
