In June 2022 Apex Contractors Ltd completed works on an existing development of 39 no. retirement apartments in Westminster requiring the change of use to standard residential for Lifestory.
The works consisted of remodelling the 4 no. penthouses to change them from 2 bedrooms to 3, careful strip out for the spa replacing with a gymnasium, the installation of new staff welfare facilities and the formation of a state of the art 8 person cinema within the ground floor communal areas.
