Our fledging talent were all together for the first time this week and will be meeting each other regularly as part of our new initiative to help them grow and flourish. Led by Naomi and Steph, the meetings will allow the group to get bespoke training, improve their soft skills, feedback about their experiences and take on new challenges. At the first meeting, many topics were covered including networking, presenting and values.
We're delighted at the enthusiasm shown by them all and can't wait to share more about the Group's progress!
