We completed works on ground floor creating an IOT space over a 16 week programme which consisted of stripping out all remaining existing fixtures and fittings, demolition of a blockwork wall and building all new soundproof walls to form a large reception area, a small seminar room, a large seminar, and a CAD room.
Works also included reconfiguring the existing lighting and ventilation system to suit the new layout and tapping into the existing hot and cold feeds and running new supplies for a kitchenette in the reception area. All new formed rooms were fully decorated, and new carpet fitted throughout.
