Apex Contractors Limited were awarded this £25m project of a traditional new build retirement development consisting of 75 Apartments within 2 blocks surrounded by landscaped communal gardens for Pegasus, part of Lifestory Group.
Works commenced in May 2021 and is a 124 week (2 Phases) programme.
