Our Senior Project Manager, Neil Smith, has been named a Finalist in the Construction Manager of the Year category at The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Awards!
The CIOB Awards, formerly the Construction Manager of the Year Awards, first started in 1978 and celebrates individuals behind construction projects of all sizes. Neil has been shortlisted in the Education subcategory for his delivery of Mandeville School, Sawbridgeworth, where he delivered a 1FE expansion which is net zero carbon in operation. A tricky project, delivered over numerous phases, Neil confidently led the project and worked extremely closely with the stakeholders of the School at all times.
