October Update

We've reached some significant milestones at Shenstone School, working alongside London Borough of Bexley.

The new SIPS building for Block 4 is really taking shape. Working with Innovaré Offsite Limited, we've completed both the ground and first floors. Roof cassette installations are underway, and we expect to finish by the end of next week, allowing us to proceed with making the roof watertight and installing windows.

While Block 4 progresses quickly, the existing building has also seen major advancements. Together with Clean Slate Demolition, we completed demolition and asbestos removal. ASHTEC ROOFING have levelled and completed the watertight roof. CPC Interiors are now on-site, working on boxing in the perimeter and boarding ceilings. Next up: window installation and M&E work.

Over at Block 2, we’ve got the block and beam foundations in place, and block walls are going up now with Floorspan Contracts.

A huge thanks to everyone involved, both on-site and behind the scenes. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project moves forward.
