Business Studies and DT Students from St Edmund's School Canterbury joined our team on site this morning to learn how critical path analysis applies to construction projects and programmes.
Darren, our Project Manager, explained how material long lead times affect the critical path. Then Stuart from Liberty QS Ltd gave an explanation about the different types of delays and the importance of contracts.
