In August 2022 at South Essex College we constructed a new performing Arts building, this included the demolition of the existing dining deck RC structure and construction of 4 performing arts studios with integrated changing rooms over 2 floors.
Mechanical - Air conditioning and AHU withing new Plant Room.
Electrical – specialist lighting, AV system and fire alarm.
This was constructed within the exiting fully operating College building.
