We are delighted to share that the renovation of the Music Department at South Essex College of Further and Higher Education, Thurrock Campus, is now complete and fully operational! This marks our third educational project successfully finished in time for the students' return, and we are proud to see the results.
The Music Department, previously based in Southend, has now relocated to Thurrock. The project involved building additional walls to create six new rooms, including classrooms, a recording studio, and a staff room. The work also included fire stopping, installation of new air conditioning units, installing new flooring, painting and decorating, adding acoustic panelling, removing the existing kitchen, and adding a new reception desk.
