From the beginning of our programme on site at Estuary View, Whitstable, we have had regular visits from a local Gentleman and his wife along with their two granddaughters who would stand outside and watch all the large plant and building works as they progressed, this became a regular occurrence and was always accompanied with a smile and wave from the children. Our project managers Chris Watson and Paul Hay arranged for viewing holes to be put into our hoarding so they could have an easier view and watch safely as our site progressed. Recently Chris and Paul arranged for the family to be able to come and view the site, they arranged PPE for each of them and temporarily closed the site in which they were able to give them all a tour.
At Apex we take pride in the actions we take to produce social value and are pleased to be able give something back to the local community and neighbours.
