We recently welcomed Jacob, a student from St Edmund's School Canterbury, for a work experience opportunity in Project Management. Jacob, who is currently in his final year of A-Levels, has a keen interest in learning about our industry.
During his time with us, Jacob shadowed our Project Manager Darren Wilson and our Management Trainee Finley Emmott. This hands-on experience provided him with valuable insights into the daily operations of our projects.
Jacob also had the opportunity to meet the tradesmen on site, where we explained the build process, shared drawings, and discussed the project programme to enhance his understanding of construction workflows. Additionally, Finley guided him through essential procedures, such as managing RFIs and maintaining site diaries.
