Giving back to the communities we work in is inherent to us. We strongly believe we can make a difference through our work and we seek to create positive impacts in both our local community and the places we work in.
For projects, we proactively review the scope for social value from day one and generate Social Value Plans using Loop, a market leading software platform. We will work with you to develop bespoke Social Value Plans via Loop that focus our efforts on what is important to you, enabling you to meet your communities’ needs and business targets and allowing you to maximise our impact. On previous schemes we have facilitated employment & apprenticeship opportunities, engaged with schools about careers in construction, supported local groups and even sponsored local events.
Loop enables us to forecast, monitor and evaluate our commitments to a trusted national framework, the National SVS, meaning you can trust the value of our metrics.
As a Bexley based business, we are committed to giving back in Kent. We support local charities such as Bexley Snap, who support disabled children and their families. Each year our team select charities close to their hearts to support and this year, we’re supporting the Wisdom Hospice, who provide special palliative care and construction focused charity the Lighthouse Club. We also support several local sports clubs including Sittingbourne Ladies U14 Reds and MPE Under 12’s.
We advocate a proactive health and safety culture, with safety fully considered at all stages of a project's lifecycle. Our competency is showcased through our Constructionline Gold and CHAS SSIP accreditations.
We operate a robust training and development programme and our project managers bring a wealth of experience to ensure legal compliance and successful project delivery whilst maintaining the safety of all.
We proudly register all our sites with the Considerate Constructors Scheme and all achieve scores which go ‘beyond compliance’.

Reducing our greenhouse gas emissions is a central part of our business strategy and we are committed to be net zero by 2050. Our 2023 carbon reduction report showed that when measured against our 2022 baseline, we achieved a KG CO2e reduction of 20% per employee. This is a great step towards eliminating our Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
Work to understand our Scope 3 emissions continues, with the focus on consistent and enhanced reporting, and working with and educating our supply chain.
