Wembley Parade, Anthology
This large-scale project featured the construction and fit-out of the 195 no. apartments within 2 separate structures. Delivered on a bespoke construction management arrangement, we delivered a new concrete frame structure to a curved meander, followed by a 13 storey tower. The fit-out works that followed were complex, with 87 different apartment types being delivered for private sale. Due to the size of the scheme, formation of new sub-station together with the installation of all necessary utility supplies was also required, needing close collaboration with UKPN.
The project features aluminium and brick cladding with glass balustrades to concrete and steel balconies. Due to the size and shape of the site, we had to prepare and manage complex logistics including 2 tower cranes and 4 hoists. The site was located adjacent a brook, therefore there was extensive interaction with the Enviroment Agency throughout the build.
