The Chimes, Westminster
An existing development of 39 No. retirement apartments in Westminster requiring the change of use to standard residential.
The works consisted of remodelling 4 no. penthouses to change them from 2 bedrooms to 3, careful strip out of the spa replacing it with a gymnasium, the installation of new staff welfare facilities and the formation a state of the art 8-person cinema within the ground floor communal areas.
With little design at the outset this project was extremely urgent for our client requiring the works to be completed within 10 weeks, in time for their press launch.
